We are Pet Friendly, and welcome well behaved dogs in select rooms. Please contact us to find out which rooms are pet-friendly.

Most hotels do charge extra for pets. The Point Reyes Station Inn does not. We do ask that you respect the following rules:

  1. Bring a clean dog bed and food dishes.
  2. No dogs are allowed in or on the bed.
  3. Bathe and flea powder your dog before you come.
  4. Dogs must be contained to your room, and private garden area.
  5. Dogs must be kept on a leash while walking around the grounds. An exception is the enclosed garden courtyard, where well behaved dogs may be off leash.
  6. Dogs must use the private patio door to enter and exit your room.

Should your dog damage anything, you will be charged. So far, we have had great success with allowing dogs to stay at the Inn. We have met a lot of neat dogs, and really enjoy having them.

Please respect the Inn and other guests so we can continue to welcome our furry friends.

Dogs are not allowed in the indoor common areas of the Inn, as some guests are allergic.
You may never leave your pet unattended in your room.
If you have any questions about our pet policy, please contact the innkeeper prior to booking your room.

Guests are welcome to use the microwave and store food in the refrigerator. No cooking or use of the stove top or oven is allowed in the kitchen.
